Registration with Department of Revenue and Payment of Taxes. The Contractor must pay all taxes including, but not limited to, sales and use taxes, Business and Occupation taxes, other taxes based on the Contractor’s income or gross receipts, or personal property taxes levied or assessed on the Contractor's personal property. The Contractor shall complete registration with the Washington State Department of Revenue and be responsible for payment of all taxes due on payments made under this Contract.
