Regular and Twelve Hour Tours. The parties recognize the principle of scheduling so that the number of shifts (E/N) worked does not exceed the number of day shifts worked unless mutually agreed to by the employee and their Patient Care Manager. The parties recognize that: (a) Days off will not be counted as days worked. (b) The achievement of this principle will be over the length of the schedule. (c) This principle applies on an individual employee basis.
