Common use of Regular Full-Time, Regular Part Clause in Contracts

Regular Full-Time, Regular Part. Time and Temporary Employees shall, subject to sub-paragraph (4) be entitled to claim all benefits for which the Employee is eligible and is incorporated in this Agreement, except that Temporary Employees shall not have recourse through the grievance and arbitration procedure in the case of discharge.
