Common use of Regular Part-Time and Auxiliary Employees--Benefits and % in Lieu of Benefits Clause in Contracts

Regular Part-Time and Auxiliary Employees--Benefits and % in Lieu of Benefits. (a) Auxiliary Employees shall be paid an amount equal to twelve percent (12%) of their regular earnings which premium payment shall be considered to be in lieu of all employee benefits including those providing for time off with pay, provided however, that those Auxiliary Employees who have gained entry onto the Auxiliary Seniority list shall have such pay in lieu of benefits increased to sixteen percent (16%) of their regular earnings.
