Regular Place of Employment. The Executive’s regular place of work will be at Magenta Therapeutics, Inc., which is currently located at 000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, XX 00000, provided that the Executive may be required to travel from time to time, consistent with business needs.

Regular Place of Employment. Employee’s regular place of employment shall be the greater Phoenix area in Arizona. Employee may be required from time to time to travel to other geographic locations in connection with the performance of his/her duties hereunder.

  • Principal Place of Employment The Executive shall be employed at the Company’s offices in New York, NY, except for required travel on the Company’s business to an extent substantially consistent with present business travel obligations of the Executive’s position.

  • Place of Employment Executive’s principal place of employment shall be the corporate offices of the Company.

  • Location of Employment The Executive's principal place of business shall continue to be at the Company's headquarters to be located within thirty (30) miles of Doylestown, Pennsylvania; provided, that the Executive acknowledges and agrees that the performance by the Executive of his duties shall require frequent travel including, without limitation, overseas travel from time to time.

  • Period of Employment The “Period of Employment” shall be a period of three (3) years commencing on the Employment Commencement Date and ending at the close of business on the third (3rd) anniversary of the Employment Commencement Date (the “Termination Date”); provided, however, that this Agreement shall be automatically renewed, and the Period of Employment shall be automatically extended for one (1) additional year on the Termination Date and each anniversary of the Termination Date thereafter, unless either party gives notice, in writing, at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of this Agreement and the Period of Employment (including any renewal thereof) of such party’s desire to terminate the Agreement or modify its terms. The term “Period of Employment” shall include any extension thereof pursuant to the preceding sentence. Provision of notice that the Period of Employment shall not be extended or further extended, as the case may be, shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement and shall not constitute “Constructive Termination” for purposes of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Period of Employment is subject to earlier termination as provided below in this Agreement.

  • Employment Term Duties The Company hereby continues to employ the Employee as Chief Technology Officer ("CTO"). The term of the Employee's employment, pursuant to this Agreement, will commence on October 29, 1999, (the "Commencement Date") and will continue until October 31, 2001, or the termination of this Agreement as described in Section 5 hereof, whichever shall occur first. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to impose any obligation on the Company or any of its subsidiaries to continue to employ the Employee, or on the Employee to remain in the employ of the Company or any of its subsidiaries.

  • Employment of Executive Employer hereby agrees to employ Executive, and Executive hereby agrees to be and remain in the employ of Employer, upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.

  • Term of Employment The Executive’s employment under this Agreement will commence on the date hereof and will continue for a period of one (1) year thereafter, subject to earlier termination as provided in Section 8 (the “Term”).
