Regularization of Newly Available Work. An employee who has a regular appointment and is eligible for newly available work as per Article 8.7, will have that workload included in their regular contract if all the conditions of Article 4.2.1 are met. In this case, the newly available workload does not need to meet the fifty percent (50%) workload threshold.
