REHABILITATED CACAO CROPS. TCE will continue the maintenance of 1,063 rehabilitated hectares. Rehabilitate 120 hectares of cacao in Tumaco and provide training to producer partners to carry out the processes of de- thatching1 and plucking2. With the above, the tree architecture is organized to generate good productivity. All producer partners with rehabilitated hectares will receive the nutrition plan (fertilization) based on their crop. TCE will deliver the fertilizer it provided. The partners' contributions will be tracked, and partners will be followed up so that they contribute their part, as agreed upon in the commitment to apply fertilizers to the crops.

REHABILITATED CACAO CROPS. The rehabilitation plan that began during the fiscal year 2019 will continue, involving a total of 241 hectares in Tumaco and 170 hectares of cacao in Hobo and Algeciras. The graft grasping carried out within the rehabilitation process will be validated, to later carry out the re-grafting, as a measure to increase the number of productive trees in the crops. The producer partners will be trained to organize tree architecture and reach greater productivity. All producer partners that started the rehabilitation will receive a tailor-made nutrition plan (fertilization) for their crops. TCE will deliver the proportioned fertilizer and ensure through following-ups that the partners provide and apply the agreed share of fertilizers to their crops. Monitoring the compliance of the rehabilitation contracts and protocols will ensure that the implementation of activities is generating the expected positive impact throughout the year.

  • Cardiac Rehabilitation This plan covers services provided in a cardiac rehabilitation program up to the benefit limit shown in the Summary of Medical Benefits.

The parties to this Agreement shall ensure that any employee who sustains a work related injury, illness or disease, will be afforded every assistance in utilising a rehabilitation program aimed at returning that employee to meaningful employment within the industry.

  • Rehabilitative Employment (a) During a period of total disability under this plan, a disabled employee may engage in rehabilitative employment in which case the benefit from this plan will be reduced by 50% of the employee's rehabilitative employment income that exceeds $50 per month. The benefit from this plan will be further reduced by the amount that remuneration from rehabilitative employment plus the benefit from the L.T.D. plan exceeds 75% of the employee's basic wage at date of disability.

  • Rehabilitation of Injured Workers The parties to this Agreement shall ensure that any employee who sustains a work related injury, illness or disease will be afforded every assistance in utilising a rehabilitation program aimed at returning that employee to meaningful employment within the Industry.   • HABILITATIVE SERVICES (HABILITATIVE mean healthcare services that help a person keep, learn, or improve skills and functioning for daily living. Examples include therapy for a child who is not walking or talking at the expected age. These services may include physical and occupational therapy, speech therapy and other services performed in a variety of inpatient and/or outpatient settings for people with disabilities. HOSPITAL means a facility: • that provides medical and surgical care for patients who have acute illnesses or injuries; and • is either listed as a hospital by the American Hospital Association (AHA) or accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).

  • Rehabilitation Act Subrecipient agrees to comply with any federal regulations issued pursuant to compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, (29 U.S.C. 706) which prohibits discrimination against the handicapped in any federally assisted program. County shall provide Subrecipient with any guidelines necessary for compliance with that portion of the regulations in force during the term of this Contract.

  • Searchability Offering searchability capabilities on the Directory Services is optional but if offered by the Registry Operator it shall comply with the specification described in this section.

  • Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 The Contractor shall comply with section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. § 794), as amended, and any applicable regulations. The Contractor agrees that no qualified individual with handicaps shall, solely on the basis of handicap, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or otherwise be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity that receives Federal financial assistance from HUD.

  • Emergency Childcare Employees may use vacation leave for childcare emergencies after the employee has exhausted all of their accrued compensatory time. Use of vacation leave and sick leave for emergency childcare is limited to a combined maximum of four (4) days per calendar year.
