Rehabilitation Plan. The Employer shall contribute two cents ($0.02) per hour worked to the BC Construction Industry Rehabilitation Plan in the manner set forth in Article 5.00014.100. The BC Construction Industry Rehabilitation Plan shall be governed by a Board of Trustees appointed on an equal basis by BCYT and CLR, and shall be used for rehabilitative purposes in the industry on the basis of the negotiated and agreed principles of July 23, 1980.
