Rehire of steady EMPLOYEE. The EMPLOYER shall have the right to hire back at any time, steady EMPLOYEE. These designated EMPLOYEES will be registered with the Union once a year at the beginning of the year. Recall to work of these EMPLOYEES will not count as a turn in the 50/50 hiring system now in place, but all steady EMPLOYEES must register with the Union when they are laid off and rehired.
