REIMBURSEMENT FOR DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION REGISTRATION AND PROVISION OF PRESCRIPTION PADS. 184. If the federal exemption from payment of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration fee for employees of municipal government institutions is discontinued, the City will reimburse the full cost of the application fee for such registration for any employee who is required as part of the employee’s official duties to administer, dispense or prescribe controlled substances and who is regularly scheduled for a minimum of twenty (20) hours per week.
