Reimbursement of Travel Expenses If the Servicer provides access to the Review Materials at one of its properties, the Issuer will reimburse the Asset Representations Reviewer for its reasonable travel expenses incurred in connection with the Review on receipt of a detailed invoice.
Reimbursable Services Reimbursable Services are the services specifically identified in Paragraph 15.2 that are provided by the Architect/Engineer in conjunction with the delivery of Basic Services under this Agreement. Compensation for Reimbursable Services will be made when the services are complete.
Reimbursement for Travel Harford County Public Schools will reimburse employees for approved transportation at the rate established by the Internal Revenue Service. All requests for transportation reimbursement must be submitted to the Assistant Superintendent for Administrative Services for prior approval before payment can be authorized.
Reimbursement of Expenses The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, for all authorized, ordinary and necessary out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during the Term in connection with the performance of his services pursuant to this Agreement hereunder in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policy.
Reimbursement of Costs Incurred The Contractor agrees to reimburse the Authorized User promptly for any and all additional costs and expenses incurred for acquiring acceptable services, and/or replacement Product. Should the cost of cover be less than the Contract price, the Contractor shall have no claim to the difference. The Contractor covenants and agrees that in the event suit is successfully prosecuted for any default on the part of the Contractor, all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees awarded by a court of competent jurisdiction, shall be paid by the Contractor. Where the Contractor fails to timely deliver pursuant to the guaranteed delivery terms of the Contract, the ordering Authorized User may obtain substitute Product temporarily and the cost of the replacement Product shall be deducted from the Contract quantity without penalty or liability to the State.
Medical Expenses 1. Employees exposed to hazardous physical, biological, or chemical agents shall be provided, at no cost to the employee, with medical examinations or evaluations required by VOSHA regulations. If there are no specific VOSHA regulations or standards for the agent in question, recommendations of the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health or other generally recognized expert organization shall be used, as determined by the Commissioner of Health.
Compensation and Professional Liability All Liability policies including Workers’ Compensation written on behalf of Consultant shall contain a waiver of subrogation in favor of County and members of Commissioners Court.
Professional Learning A. School-based Professional Learning
Reimbursement for Expenses Consultant shall not be reimbursed for any expenses unless authorized in writing by City.
Indemnity for Professional Liability When the law establishes a professional standard of care for CONTRACTOR’s services or if the services or a portion of the services performed by the CONTRACTOR involves the use of professional knowledge, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, CONTRACTOR shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless COMMISSION, its officials, officers, directors, employees, servants, designated volunteers and agents serving as independent contractors in the role of COMMISSION officials (collectively “Indemnitees”), from and against any liability, claim, damage, demand, suit, cause of action, proceeding, judgment, penalty, lien, loss, expense or cost of any kind, including reasonable fees of accountants, attorneys and other professionals, and all costs associated therewith (collectively, “damages”), whether actual, alleged or threatened, arising out of, pertaining to, or relating to any negligent or wrongful act, error or omission of CONTRACTOR, its officials, officers, directors, agents, employees, subcontractors, or any entity or individual that CONTRACTOR bears legal liability thereof, in the performance of professional services under this Contract. CONTRACTOR shall defend Indemnitees in any action or actions filed in connection with any such damages with counsel of COMMISSION’s choice and shall pay all costs and expenses, including actual attorney’s fees, incurred in connection with such defense.
