Entertainment Expenses. When employees have occasion to entertain non-service personnel in the course of their duties, they shall, subject to prior approval, be reimbursed for reasonable expenses.

Entertainment Expenses. Entertainment expenses are allowable for promotional items and services required to provide hospitality for Business Clients and authorized Guests as set forth below: 1. Tangible Items. Hospitality in the form of tangible items, such as tie tacks, medallions, paperweights, and other non-consumable items are distributed by the appropriate Department. Non-consumable items shall be requisitioned through normal purchasing procedures.
Entertainment Expenses. The actual and reasonable costs of providing hospitality for business clients or guests, which costs are defined and prescribed as hereinafter set forth. Guest. A person, other than an Authority member, employee, or other Authorized Traveler, authorized by the Chief Executive Officer, to receive the hospitality of the Authority in connection with the performance of its lawful duties. International Travel. Travel outside the 48 contiguous United States, to include Alaska, Hawaii and US possessions. Most Economical Method of Travel. The mode of transportation (Authority-owned vehicle, privately owned vehicle, common carrier, etc.) and schedule of transportation, taking into consideration the following:

Entertainment Expenses. The services required by SBI require Employee to incur travel, entertainment, and other expenses on behalf of SBI. SBI will promptly reimburse Employee for all reasonable business expenses incurred by Employee in promoting the business of SBI, including expenditures for entertainment, gifts, and travel, provided that: (1) Each such expenditure is of a nature qualifying it as an allowable deduction from gross income in the determination of taxable income on the federal and state income tax returns of SBI; and (2) Employee furnishes to SBI adequate records and other documentary evidence required by federal and state statutes and regulations issued by the appropriate taxing authorities where the substantiation of each such expenditure as an income tax deduction is required; and (3) No gift may exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) without the written approval of the Board of Directors of SBI.
Entertainment Expenses. Employee shall receive a stipend of $45,000 per year payable in no less than twelve (12) monthly payments for entertainment expenses incurred by Employee in connection with the promotion of the Company.
