Reimbursement for Unpaid Leave. Where employees are booked off for unpaid Union leave, then the Employer agrees to pay that employee his/her regular pay and xxxx the local Union for reimbursement. Where the leave is greater than thirty (30) consecutive days, reimbursement shall include benefit costs, tax, etc.
