Management Approval Sample Clauses

The Management Approval clause requires that certain actions, decisions, or expenditures within an agreement are subject to prior review and authorization by designated management personnel. In practice, this means that before a party can proceed with specific activities—such as incurring costs above a set threshold, entering into subcontracts, or making significant project changes—they must first obtain written or documented approval from management. This clause ensures oversight and control over key aspects of the agreement, helping to prevent unauthorized commitments and maintain organizational accountability.
