Management Approval. 1. In order to be considered for reimbursement and comply with IRS guidelines, prior written approval must be obtained from the employee's Department Manager, and the Deputy Safety/Service Director or designee.
2. The Department Manager shall be responsible for verifying eligibility of the employee, qualifying courses and the accreditation of the institution, and submitting the recommendations to the Deputy Safety/Service Director or designee.
Management Approval. All vacation scheduling is subject to Management approval and such approval shall not be unreasonably denied.
Management Approval. Seller shall have obtained the necessary approval to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby from its management.
Management Approval. Utility Management will review completed application and supporting documentation and will then will sign and date the application in the Utility Signature Box to authorize rebate payment.
Management Approval. 13.1 The Agreement is subject to approval by both parties' Executive Management by March 29, 2002.
Management Approval. Seller shall have obtained management approval of the transactions contemplated herein, and shall have notified the Purchaser in writing that the appropriate level of management approval has been obtained.
Management Approval. The managing members of Seller and Purchaser, or their parent companies as applicable, shall have approved the transactions contemplated herein.
Management Approval. Tenant shall have obtained the approval of its (or its corporate parent’s) senior management and/or Board of Directors. Tenant shall use reasonable efforts to obtain this approval and shall promptly notify Landlord of the approval or disapproval of the transaction.
Management Approval. References to approval, permission or authorization of the Management shall be construed as written approval prior to taking action.
Management Approval. Seller and Purchaser each shall have obtained management approval of this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby as required by Section 2.04 herein and shall have notified the Purchaser and Seller in writing that the appropriate level of management/board of director approval has been obtained. Management approval and Board of Director's approval of this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby shall have been received by both parties no later than August 21, 2000. If only one Party has received such approval by such date, the party securing approval may terminate this Agreement without liability by notifying the other party in writing as promptly as possible.
