Reimbursement of Owner’s Expenses. Tenant shall reimburse Owner for all actual out-of-pocket architectural and engineering expenses for architectural and engineering review reasonably incurred by Owner in connection with its decision to grant or withhold consent to a proposed Major Alteration and inspecting the Major Alteration to determine whether the same is being or has been performed in accordance with the terms of this Lease, including only the actual reasonable fees and expenses of any architect or engineer employed for such purposes. Any Major Alteration for which consent has been received shall be performed substantially in accordance with Major Alteration Plans and Specifications approved by Owner in accordance herewith, and no material amendments or material additions to the Owner-approved Major Alteration Plans and Specifications shall be made without the prior consent of Owner in accordance with the terms hereof.

Related to Reimbursement of Owner’s Expenses

  • Seller’s Expenses Seller agrees to pay all costs of releasing loans and recording the releases, preparation fees for the Deed. The insured closing fee and the disclosure of sales information form will be split equally between Seller and Buyer.

  • Buyer’s Expenses Buyer agrees to pay all expenses incident to any purchase money loan (e.g. Loan commitment fees, preparation of note, mortgage, and other loan documents, recording fees, prepaid interest and credit reports) and any fees for endorsements to the Title Policy requested by Buyer. The insured closing fee, and the disclosure of sales information form will be split equally between Seller and Buyer.

  • Covered Expenses Supervisors must have received prior authorization from their Appointing Authority before incurring any expenses authorized by this Article.
