Reimbursement of Payments Under Letters of Credit. Borrower shall reimburse Issuing Lender through Administrative Agent for any payment that Issuing Lender makes under a Letter of Credit on or before the date of such payment; provided, however, that if the conditions precedent set forth in -------- ------- Section 4.02 can be satisfied, Borrower may request a Borrowing of Loans to ------------ reimburse Issuing Lender for such payment pursuant to Section 2.02, or, failing ------------ to make such request, Borrower shall be deemed to have requested a Borrowing of Base Rate Loans on such payment date pursuant to subsection (e) below.
Reimbursement of Payments Under Letters of Credit. Promptly upon receiving notice of any drawing under a Letter of Credit, the Bank shall notify the Parent. Within one (1) Business Day of such notification from the Bank to the Parent, the Parent shall reimburse the Bank for any payment that the Bank makes under a Letter of Credit. The Bank may, but shall not be obligated to, withdraw the amount of any such payment which is not made when due from any account of the Parent maintained with the Bank.

Borrower shall reimburse Letter of Credit Issuer through Administrative Agent for any payment that Letter of Credit Issuer makes under a Letter of Credit on or before the date of such payment; PROVIDED that if the conditions precedent set forth in SECTION 4 can be satisfied, Borrower may request a Borrowing of Committed Loans to reimburse Letter of Credit Issuer for such payment pursuant to SECTION 2.02, or, failing to make such request, Borrower shall be deemed to have requested a Borrowing of Committed Loans which are Base Rate Loans on such payment date pursuant to subsection (e) below.

Notwithstanding that a Letter of Credit issued or outstanding hereunder is in support of any obligations of, or is for the account of, a Subsidiary of the Parent, the Parent shall be obligated to reimburse the Bank hereunder for any and all drawings under such Letter of Credit. The Parent hereby acknowledges that the issuance of Letters of Credit for the account of its Subsidiaries inures to the benefit of the Parent, and that the Parent’s business derives substantial benefits from the businesses of such Subsidiaries.
Reimbursement of Payments Under Letters of Credit. Reimbursement of Payments Under Letters of Credit. The Borrower shall reimburse Issuing Bank through Agent for any payment that Issuing Bank makes under a Letter of Credit on or before the date of such payment; provided, however, that Borrower may request a Line Advance to reimburse Issuing Bank for such payment on or before the date thereof by complying with Section 2.3.
Reimbursement of Payments Under Letters of Credit. The Company shall directly reimburse each Issuing Lender for any payment that such Issuing Lender makes under any Letter of Credit not later than 11:00 a.m. (San Francisco time) on or before the date of such payment; provided, however, that if the conditions precedent -------- ------- set forth in Section 4.02 can be satisfied, the Company may request a Borrowing of Loans under the Revolving Commitment to reimburse the Issuing Lender for such payment on or before the date thereof by complying with Section 2.03, or the Company may allow a deemed Borrowing of Base Rate Loans to take place on such payment date pursuant to subsection (e) below.
Reimbursement of Payments Under Letters of Credit. Borrower shall reimburse Issuing Lender through Administrative Agent for any payment that Issuing Lender makes under a Letter of Credit on or before the date of such payment; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that if the conditions precedent set forth in Section 4.02 can be satisfied, Borrower may request a Borrowing of Committed Loans to reimburse Issuing Lender for such payment pursuant to Section 2.02 (without regard to the Minimum Amount therefor), or, failing to make such request, Borrower shall be deemed to have requested a Borrowing of ABR Loans on such payment date pursuant to subsection (e) below (without regard to the Minimum Amount therefor).
Reimbursement of Payments Under Letters of Credit.
