Reimbursement Restrictions. a. When a unit member’s contract is resigned, non-renewed, or terminated, the unit member shall not be eligible to receive professional growth reimbursement for any courses taken during the quarter or semester in which the resignation, non-renewal, or termination is effective unless the course was completed before the effective date of the resignation, non-renewal, or termination.
