Compensation and Reimbursement of Members. Members may receive compensation for the reasonable value of any services rendered in managing the Company, and the Company shall pay, or reimburse all expenses reasonably incurred by any Member in connection with managing the Company.
Compensation and Reimbursement of Members. No Member or Affiliate of a Member will be entitled to compensation or reimbursement for the involvement of its officers, employees, contractors or agents in the business and affairs of the Company except as set forth in this Section 6.11.

(a) Except as provided in Section 7.5(b), Section 7.5(c) and Section 7.8, no Member shall be compensated for any services rendered to the Company and no Member shall be entitled to any reimbursements from the Company, unless such reimbursements have been specifically approved by the Executive Committee.
Compensation and Reimbursement of Members. The Managing Member shall not be compensated for its services as the Managing Member of the Company. The Company shall reimburse the Managing Member on a current basis for its out-of-pocket expenditures made on behalf of the Company upon submission to the Company of reasonably detailed evidence of such expenditures. All reimbursements for out-of-pocket expenditures shall be reasonable in amount and in the advancement of the Purpose. Any out-of-pocket expenditure made by the Managing Member and eligible for reimbursement pursuant to this Section 5.7 shall not be treated as a Capital Contribution and any reimbursement of such expenditure shall not be treated as a Company distribution to the Members.
Compensation and Reimbursement of Members. No Preferred Member, Member or Economic Interest Holder, or any Affiliate thereof, shall be entitled to compensation for actions taken on behalf of the Company or in connection with this Agreement, except pursuant to an employment agreement, consulting agreement, or other agreement or agreements with the Company adopted by the Management Board which provide for compensation paid by the Company to such Preferred Member, Member, Economic Interest Holder, or any of such Person’s Affiliates.

Compensation and Reimbursement of Members. (a) Preformation Costs. The initial tentative credits made to the Members' Capital Accounts under Section 2.2 take into account all costs and expenses incurred by the Members prior to the execution of this Agreement and neither Member (nor any of its Affiliates) shall be reimbursed by the Company for any costs incurred by that Member or its Affiliates prior to the execution of this Agreement. Each Member shall pay any legal fees it incurs to other Persons in connection the preparation of this Agreement or with advice relating to the this Agreement.

(a) Except as provided in Section 7.5(b) and Section 7.11, no Member shall be compensated for any services rendered to the Society and no Member shall be entitled to any reimbursements from the Society, unless such reimbursements are set forth in this Agreement, a Project Business Plan or have been specifically approved by the Members Committee.
Compensation and Reimbursement of Members of the Management Committee. --------------------------------------------------------------------- The LLC will pay each member of the Management Committee such member's reasonable travel, lodging and related expenses, if any, of attendance at each meeting of the Management Committee, upon submission to the LLC by such member of the Management Committee of reasonably detailed invoices therefor. Members of the Management Committee may be paid, by the LLC, a fixed sum for attendance at each meeting of the Management Committee or a stated salary as a member of the Management Committee, in each case as determined by the Management Committee. No such payment will preclude any member of the Management Committee from serving the LLC in any other capacity and receiving compensation therefor.
