Reinstatement Lists. A. The following persons shall be placed on AUTHORITY REINSTATEMENT LISTS as provided in Sections 1, 2, and 3 of this Article, in the order of their respective layoff points with the person having the largest number of layoff points listed first: 1. Persons Laid Off—The names of persons laid off shall be placed on a REINSTATEMENT LIST for each class in the occupational series at or below the level of the class from which laid off.
