Reinstatement Requirements Following Sickness Or Injury. An employee's reinstatement following sickness or injury will be conditional on his supplying, when requested, a certificate from the Company's physician that he is fully recovered. Where there is a dispute between the medical diagnosis of the Company's physician and the employee's physician, the employee and the Company will be bound by the certificate obtained from a 3rd physician to be chosen by mutual agreement between the employee and the Company.
