Disqualifications i. Bidders who had been black listed/debarred by FCI or any Govt. Department/Public sector, including GST authorities undertaking shall be ineligible during the currency of such bar/black listing. ii. Any bidder whose contracts with the FCI or any Govt./Public Sector Undertaking had been terminated before the expiry of the contract period at any point of time during last five years, will be ineligible. iii. Bidders whose Xxxxxxx Money Deposit and/or Security Deposit has been forfeited by FCI or any Govt./Public Sector Undertaking during the last five years, shall be ineligible. iv. If the proprietor/any of the partners of the bidder firm/any of the Directors of the bidder Company have been, at any time convicted by a court for any offence and sentenced to imprisonment for a period of three years or more, such Bidder shall be ineligible. v. A Hindu Undivided Family shall not be entitled to apply for Tender in the capacity of HUF. Any bids submitted in the capacity of Hindu Undivided Family (either as a Proprietor or Partner of a Firm) shall be summarily rejected. vi. Any Firm/Company if blacklisted/debarred by Govt. of India to undertake any similar transportation activities at any time during last five years.

Disqualifications. The intent of this program is for service retirements only. Employees who are receiving L&I disability payments (other than a lump sum settlement), LEOFF I disability, or are on medical layoff/retirement are disqualified from the incentive. If at any time during the incentive payment term, a recipient of the incentive begins receiving L&I payments (other than a lump sum settlement), long term disability through Local 29, or LEOFF I disability, incentive payments under this program will cease. If an employee applies for the incentive but does not retire by the established deadline, the employee will not be eligible for the incentive in that year or any future year. If an employee is approved for the benefit but does not retire, the next eligible applicant will receive the incentive.

Disqualifications. Users will be disqualified from the Mintos Refer a Friend (RaF) bonus if they refer themselves, or any immediate family member or member of their household. All referrals must be new investors to Mintos and cannot have an existing Mintos account. If a User creates an account for the primary purpose of collecting the referral bonus, they will not receive the RaF bonus. Mintos may review payment and withdrawal information if we suspect there is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of the RaF program. If a User is found to be in violation of the rules of the RaF program, they may have their payments suspended at any time.If a User has violated the program's rules, Mintos will remove any RaF-related bonuses accrued from their account and may face suspension from the Mintos referral program.

Disqualifications. The Council shall have power to disqualify any competing Club, or Player or Players for any competing Club, who may be proved to be guilty of any breach of the Rules of the Association.

Disqualifications. An Offeror (including each of its principals) who is currently debarred, suspended or otherwise lawfully prohibited from any public procurement activity shall have its offer rejected.

Disqualifications. 5.1. The Member will be disqualified from the Mintos Investor Club bonus if they refer themselves, or any immediate family member or member of their household. All referrals must be new investors on Mintos and cannot have an existing Mintos account. If the Member creates an account for the primary purpose of collecting the referral bonus, they will not receive the bonus. 5.2. Mintos may review payments and withdrawal information if Xxxxxx suspects that there is or could be a breach of the Terms and Conditions of the Mintos Investor Club program. 5.3. If the Member has violated Terms and Conditions of the Mintos Investor Club program: 5.3.1. He/she may have their payments suspended at any time; 5.3.2. Mintos will remove any Mintos Investor Club-related bonuses accrued from their account and may face suspension from the Mintos Investor Club program.

If at any time during the incentive payment term the recipient of the incentive begins receiving L&I or long term disability, incentive payments under this program will cease. Employees who have already applied and been approved for the City’s Voluntary Retirement Incentive Program (VRIP) are disqualified from the incentive. Under no circumstance can an employee receive benefits from both the VRIP and the incentive program outlined by this Salary Savings Plan. If an employee applies for the incentive but does not retire by the established deadline, the employee will not be eligible for the incentive in that year or any future year. If an employee is approved for the benefit but does not retire, then the next eligible applicant on the seniority list will receive the incentive.

Disqualifications. To the best knowledge of the MiNT, neither MiNT nor any officer, director or 5% or greater beneficial owner of MiNT is subject to the disqualifications described in Section 230.262 of Regulation A promulgated under the Securities Act of 1933, nor are any proceedings pending or threatened which would, if adversely decided, result in any such disqualification.

Disqualifications. If an employee, who has satisfactorily completed the trial period, is unable at a later date to perform the specific tasks of the job, the employee will be transferred to the Plant Wide Utility job classification, provided the employee has sufficient plant seniority and is qualified to perform the job. In the case of a disqualification from the Plant Wide Utility classification, such disqualification will result in termination. Such termination will be subject to the grievance and arbitration procedure.
