Manager The terms of this agreement are subject to rejection, modification, or termination pursuant to the provisions of the Local Financial Stability and Choice Act, PA 436 of 2012. A financial manager appointed pursuant to that Act may reject, modify, or terminate one or more terms of this Agreement. This provision is included as required by 2011 PA 9.
