RELATION ENTRE LES PARTIES. (a) La relation entre les parties à la présente Convention est celle d’entrepreneurs indépendants. En acceptant la présente Convention, vous choisissez d’être un client d’Uber et d’UTI. Uber et UTI vous rendront des services. Vous n’êtes pas engagé à fournir, et vous ne fournissez pas des services à Uber, UTI ou aux Membres du groupe d’Uber ou d’UTI sauf tel que convenu.

You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming.

  • Union Representative Visits The Union shall inform the Employer in advance whenever the designated representatives of the Union intend to visit the Employer’s premises for the purpose of conducting Union business. Such visits shall not interfere with the normal operations of the worksite. Reasonable accommodation will be made to allow the Presidents of the Unions to have access to union members to conduct union business.
