Relationship between the Customer and its debtor The issue of SEPA Direct Debit Orders is subject to the Customer's compliance with the obligation’s incumbent upon it regarding its debtor. Each SEPA Direct Debit must give rise to prior notification from the Customer, addressed to the debtor by any means (invoice, notice, schedule or other), at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the expiry date of the relevant levy, unless specifically agreed on a different deadline. The Customer specifies to the debtor the contact details (point of contact) to which the latter sends him any request for modification or revocation of the SEPA Direct Debit Mandate, or claim. Disputes are handled directly between the Client and its debtor, it is specified that in the event of a request by the debtor, the Customer suspends the transmission of the relevant SEPA Direct Debit Order or issues an instruction for the purpose of recalling or, as the case may be, the cancellation of the order of withdrawal already issued. In the event of the debtor's revocation of the money order, or in the absence of an order for removal for the warrant in question for a period of thirty-six (36) months, the Client must cease issuing any SEPA direct debits and, if wishes to issue a direct debit, ask the debtor for a new direct debit mandate with a new RUM. It is the Customer's sole responsibility to retain the debit mandate, in paper or electronic format, according to the term of the mandate and the retention and archiving rules to which it is subject.

Each Party shall accept all inquiries from the other Party and provide a timely response. CenturyLink will provide and maintain its contact and escalation list on the CenturyLink Website, and any updates also will be provided on the Website. Information contained on the Website will include a single contact telephone number for CenturyLink’s CLEC Service Center (via an 800#) that CLEC may call for all ordering and status inquiries and other day-to-day inquiries at any time during the Business Day. In addition, the Website will provide CLEC with contact information for the personnel and/or organizations within CenturyLink capable of assisting CLEC with inquiries regarding the ordering, provisioning and billing of Interconnection, UNE and resale services. Included in this information will be the contact information for a person or persons to whom CLEC can escalate issues dealing with the implementation of the Agreement and/or for assistance in resolving disputes arising under the Agreement.

  • Clients in this context, clients are people who are dependent upon the caring skills and services of the local authority, for example, the elderly, mentally infirm, those with mental or physical impairments. Clients in this context also include those whose needs are identified and catered for in settings such as schools and nurseries, that is, young children and school pupils dependent on the organisation for their educational and developmental welfare. Clients exclude internal authority customers (as in client departments) or external customers (for example, members of the public with planning applications), because neither are dependent on the local authority for their care and welfare. The exceptional needs of clients refer to those which are exceptionally demanding, not to those which are out of the ordinary.

No officer, employee, volunteer or agent of the ORGANIZATION will hold themselves out as, or claim to be, an officer, employee, volunteer or agent of the COUNTY by reason hereof, nor will they make any claim, demand or application to or for any right or privilege applicable to an officer, employee volunteer or agent of the COUNTY. The parties agree that the COUNTY will not be responsible for the payment of any industrial insurance premiums or related claims or other benefits that may arise during the performance of services under this Agreement for any ORGANIZATION employee or volunteer, or for any consultant’s, contractor’s or subcontractor’s employee(s) or agent(s) that has been retained by the ORGANIZATION.

  • Disputes between the Contracting Parties 1. Any dispute between the Contracting Parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement shall, as far as possible, be settled through negotiation.

  • Customer Cooperation 3.2.1. Customer shall provide and make available all Customer personnel as may be further addressed in an applicable Order Form or that SAP reasonably requires in connection with performance of the Services.

  • Client Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and shall hold harmless Consultant and /or his agents, and to defend any action brought against said parties with respect to any claim, demand, cause of action, debt or liability, including reasonable attorneys' fees to the extent that such action is based upon a claim that: (i) is true, (ii) would constitute a breach of any of Client's representations, warranties, or agreements hereunder, or (iii) arises out of the negligence or willful misconduct of Client, or any Client Content to be provided by Client and does not violate any rights of third parties, including, without limitation, rights of publicity, privacy, patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and/or licenses.
