Relationship To Professional. The Owner’s designated Professional will represent the Owner in dealing with the General Contractor on all design and technical matters, and will administer this Contract For Construction. Unless otherwise directed by the Owner, the Owner and the General Contractor shall communicate with each other in the first instance through the designated Professional. The Owner’s instructions to the General Contractor will be issued through the designated Professional.

  • Scope of Professional Services 3.1 On the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, COUNTY hereby engages CONTRACTOR to provide all labor, materials and equipment to complete the Project/Service in accordance with the Scope of Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Attachment A, as modified or clarified by Addendum(s) # , dated , attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Attachment B.
