Common use of Relationship to the Award Clause in Contracts

Relationship to the Award. In addition to the above, the Company will observe its obligations as noted in Clause 29A - Workplace Delegates’ Rights clause of the current Storage Services and Wholesale Award 2020 [MA000084] in operation at the date of approval of this Agreement by the Fair Work Commission.
