Relationship to the Grievance Procedure. 2 Except for the procedural requirements of the evaluation and probation sections of this Agreement, the 3 content of an employee's evaluation, or of an administrator's report pursuant to the Articles regarding 4 Probation and Personnel Files, shall not be subject to the Grievance Procedure. Further, since the contracts 5 of replacement employees expire automatically as per RCW 28A.405.900, procedural errors regarding the 6 evaluations of these employees shall only be subject to Steps 1, 2 and 3 of the Grievance Procedure.
