Relationship With Payers. During the Term, You must maintain in effect, a separate Payer Agreement with each Payer with whom CIN has entered into a Program Agreement applicable to You. You must also immediately notify CIN in the event of suspension or other termination of any such Payer Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that CIN or a Payer may restrict or limit the number of Participants and/or Providers participating in the Payer’s Program Agreement.

Relationship With Payers. Erlanger will consistently strive to satisfy the conditions of payment required by the payers with which Erlanger transacts business. * We will promote compliance with laws governing the submission and review of bills for our services and will deal with billing inquiries in an honest and forthright manner. * We will implement reasonable measures to prevent the submission or filing of inaccurate, false or fraudulent claim to payers. * We will utilize systematic methods for analyzing the payments we receive and will reconcile inaccurate payments in a timely manner after discovery and review. * When warranted, we will investigate inaccurate xxxxxxxx and payments to determine whether changes to current protocol or other remedial steps are necessary. * We will implement documentation systems sufficient to create and maintain complete and accurate documentation of services provided. * We will review cost reports to be filed with the federal health care programs to determine whether such reports accurately and completely reflect the operations and services provided to beneficiaries and to confirm that such reports are completed in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations and Erlanger policies and procedures. * We will as necessary rely on internal and external sources to help improve Erlanger’s billing and coding protocol and to identify potential areas of noncompliance. * We will compensate billing and coding staff and consultants for services rendered, and will not compensate such persons in any way related to collections or maximization of revenues.

  • Our Relationship With You We are an independent contractor for all purposes, except that we act as your agent with respect to the custody of your funds for the Service. We do not have control of, or liability for, any products or services that are paid for with our Service. We also do not guarantee the identity of any user of the Service (including but not limited to recipients to whom you send payments).

  • Relationship with other agreements The implementation of this Treaty shall not prejudice obligations undertaken by States Parties with regard to existing international agreements, to which they are party, where those obligations are consistent with the Treaty.

  • Relationship to Award 2.1 This Agreement incorporates those terms of the National Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Industry Award 1998 as at December 2005 (as amended) that are set out in Appendix K. A reference in this Agreement to the “Award” means the Award terms as set out in Appendix K.

  • RELATIONSHIP TO AWARDS This Agreement operates to the complete exclusion of all Awards which would otherwise apply to any of the Employees covered by this Agreement.

  • EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIPS The ORGANIZATION, its employees, volunteers or agents performing under this Agreement are not deemed to be employees of the COUNTY, nor volunteers or agents of the COUNTY in any manner whatsoever. No officer, employee, volunteer or agent of the ORGANIZATION will hold themselves out as, or claim to be, an officer, employee, volunteer or agent of the COUNTY by reason hereof, nor will they make any claim, demand or application to or for any right or privilege applicable to an officer, employee volunteer or agent of the COUNTY. The parties agree that the COUNTY will not be responsible for the payment of any industrial insurance premiums or related claims or other benefits that may arise during the performance of services under this Agreement for any ORGANIZATION employee or volunteer, or for any consultant’s, contractor’s or subcontractor’s employee(s) or agent(s) that has been retained by the ORGANIZATION.

  • EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP PROBLEMS What is an Employment Relationship Problem? It is a problem between employee and employer. For example, it might be a personal grievance or a dispute about a provision in an employment agreement.

  • Employment Relationship Employment with the Company is for no specific period of time. Your employment with the Company will be “at will,” meaning that either you or the Company may terminate your employment at any time and for any reason, with or without cause. Any contrary representations that may have been made to you are superseded by this letter agreement. This is the full and complete agreement between you and the Company on this term. Although your job duties, title, compensation and benefits, as well as the Company’s personnel policies and procedures, may change from time to time, the “at will” nature of your employment may only be changed in an express written agreement signed by you and a duly authorized officer of the Company (other than you).

  • Relationship to the Award This Agreement shall form the complete agreement covering all terms and conditions of employment. It shall operate to the exclusion of any and all awards and supersedes any previous arrangements or agreements.

  • Resolving an Employment Relationship Problem The employee and employer should first make a reasonable effort to discuss the problem and settle it by mutual agreement. (If it’s a personal grievance, it must first be raised with the employer within 90 days - Personal Grievances are explained further below). An employee (or employer) has the right to be represented at any stage. When a problem arises, union members should contact their local NZEI Te Riu Roa field officer for advice and representation. Employers should contact NZSTA or other adviser/representative of choice.

  • Relationship The relationship of the parties to this Agreement is determined solely by the provisions of this Agreement. The parties do not intend to create any agency, partnership, joint venture, trust, fiduciary or other relationship with duties or incidents different from those of parties to an arm’s-length contract.
