Relationship with Suppliers. Information security in the relationship with suppliers There are contracts or agreements aimed at protecting and regulating the Processing of information of the organisation and of the customers that are accessible to third parties operating in the IT area and to other third-party suppliers that are part of the entire supply chain.
Relationship with Suppliers. The parties agree that the profitability and goodwill of the Corporation depends on continued, amicable relations with its suppliers and the Employee agrees, during his employment with the Corporation and for two years thereafter, he will not cause, request or advise any suppliers of the Corporation to curtail or cancel their business with the Corporation.
Relationship with Suppliers. The parties agree that the profitability and good will of Employer depends on continued, amicable relationships with its suppliers and the Employee agrees, during his employment with Employer and for two years thereafter, he will not cause, request or advise any Supplier of Employer to curtail or cancel its business relationship with Employer nor shall he solicit business from any Supplier of the Employer during such period on behalf of its competitors.
Relationship with Suppliers. The Seller or Shareholder do not know of any written or oral communication, fact, event or action which exists or has occurred within 120 days prior to the date of this Agreement which would indicate that any current supplier to the Company or its Subsidiaries of items or services essential to the conduct of the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries may terminate or materially reduce its business with the Company.
Relationship with Suppliers. Nothing contained herein shall create any contractual relationship between any Supplier and Owner. Owner shall have no obligation to pay, or to cause the payment of, any monies to any Supplier or any other Person acting through, under or on behalf of Contractor.
Relationship with Suppliers. Seller currently has good relationships with its suppliers of materials. Seller currently is not in dispute with any current or former supplier and no supplier has notified Seller that it will stop business with Seller prior to the Closing or with Buyer, in the operation of the Business, after the Closing.
Relationship with Suppliers. The Seller does not believe or have any reasonable grounds to believe that any supplier to the Seller will not be willing to enter into a similar supplier relationship with the Buyer following the Closing.
Relationship with Suppliers. Seller knows of no written or oral communication, fact, event or action which exists or has occurred within six months prior to the date of this Agreement, which would lead Seller reasonably to believe that any current supplier or licensor to Seller of items material to the Business, which items cannot be replaced at comparable cost and the loss of which would likely have a Material Adverse Effect, will terminate or adversely modify its business relationship with the Business.
Relationship with Suppliers. Schedule 4.27 lists the ten largest suppliers of Company based on purchases during the 12-month period ended December 31, 1998, showing the approximate total purchases by Company from each such supplier during such period. There has not been any Material Adverse Change in the business relationship between Company and any supplier disclosed on Schedule 4.27, and, except as disclosed on Schedule 4.27, to Company's Knowledge, there will not be any such Material Adverse Change as a result of the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or otherwise. The relationships of Company with its suppliers are satisfactory. To Company's Knowledge, no such supplier has canceled or otherwise terminated, or threatened to cancel or otherwise terminate, its relationship with Company, or to materially decrease its services to Company.
Relationship with Suppliers. Mallinckrodt has maintained and continues to maintain, with respect to its production of raw materials that will be used by King in its performance under the Manufacturing Agreement, good working relationships with all of its suppliers and, within the one (1) year prior to the Closing Date, no such supplier has canceled or threatened cancellation of any of its agreements with Mallinckrodt or has materially diminished its supply of any materials thereunder.
