Relationships to Other Agreements. In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of this Agreement and any other agreement relating to this transaction between the Securityholders, Company and Parent, the provisions of this Agreement shall control.
Relationships to Other Agreements. You agree that when you accept this Agreement, you will remain subject to the terms and conditions of all your existing agreements with any service providers of yours, including service carrier or provider (e.g. AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, etc.) and that this Agreement does not amend or supersede any of those agreements. You understand that those agreements may provide for fees, limitations, and restrictions which might impact your use of TCB Mobile (for example, your mobile service carrier or provider may impose data usage or text message charges for your use of TCB Mobile, including while downloading the software or accessing or using TCB Mobile), and you agree to be solely responsible for all such fees, limitations and restrictions. You agree that only your mobile device service carrier or provider is responsible for its products and services and that any issues that arise regarding such products and services will be resolved with the carrier or provider.
Relationships to Other Agreements. You agree that when you accept this Agreement, you will remain subject to the terms and conditions of all your existing agreements with us or any service providers of yours, including service carrier or provider (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, etc.), and that this Agreement does not amend or supersede any of those agreements. The accounts you access using our Mobile Banking App continue to be subject to the terms and conditions of FPCU’s “Important Account Information for our Members” Disclosure, Fee Schedule or other applicable account disclosures with us. You understand that those agreements may provide for fees, limitations and restrictions which might impact your use of our Mobile Banking App (for example, your mobile service carrier or provider may impose data usage or text message charges for your use of our Mobile Banking App, including while downloading the software or other use of your Mobile Device when using the software to access and use our Mobile Banking App), and you agree to be solely responsible for all such fees, limitations and restrictions. You agree that only your Mobile agree to be solely responsible for all such fees, limitations and restrictions. You agree that only your Mobile Device service carrier or provider is responsible for its products and services and that any issues that arise regarding such products and services will be resolved with the provider and carrier. You agree that we shall not be liable or responsible for resolving any such provider or carrier issues, nor for any associated costs, losses or damages. You also agree that if you have any problems with our Mobile Banking App and its services that you will contact us directly.

You agree that when you use Mobile Banking, you will remain subject to the terms and conditions of all your existing agreements with us or any service providers of yours, including service carrier or provider (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, etc.), and that this Addendum does not amend or supersede any of those agreements. You understand that those agreements may provide for fees, limitations and restrictions which might impact your use of Mobile Banking (for example, your mobile service carrier or provider may impose data usage or text message charges for your use of or interaction with Mobile Banking, including while downloading the Software, receiving or sending Mobile Banking text messages, or other use of your Wireless Device when using the Software or other products and services provided by Mobile Banking), and you agree to be solely responsible for all such fees, limitations and restrictions. You agree that only your mobile service carrier or provider is responsible for its products and services. Accordingly, you agree to resolve any problems with your carrier or provider directly with your carrier or provider without involving us. You also agree that if you have any problems with Mobile Banking, you will contact us directly.
Relationships to Other Agreements. In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of this Agreement and any other agreement relating to this transaction between the Securityholder, Company and CNCP, the provisions of this Agreement shall control.
Relationships to Other Agreements. In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of this Agreement and any other agreement relating to this transaction between the Sellers, the Companies and Purchaser, including without limitation the GPS Stock Purchase Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall control.

The accounts you access using our Online Banking service continue to be subject to the terms and conditions of SSFCU’s All About You Accounts Disclosure, Truth-in-Savings Agreement, Accounts Disclosure, Fee Schedule or other applicable account disclosures with us. If you are a consumer member of SSFCU, you may have additional rights and duties under our "EFT Disclosure Statement" that was delivered to you when you opened your deposit account with us.

You agree that when you use the Mobile Banking Service, you remain subject to the terms and conditions of your existing agreements with us, and with any unaffiliated service providers, including, but not limited to, your mobile service provider and that this Agreement does not amend or supersede any of those agreements. You understand those agreements may provide for fees, limitations and restrictions which might impact your use of the Mobile Banking Service (such as data usage or SMS text messaging charges imposed on you by your mobile service provider). You agree to be solely responsible for all such fees, limitations and restrictions. You agree that only your mobile service provider is responsible for its products and services. Accordingly, you agree to resolve any problems with your provider directly and without involving us. Any account, loan or other banking product accessed through the Mobile Banking Service is also subject to the “Important Account Information for Our Members” disclosure (referenced above) found in the Applications & Disclosures section on our website, xxx.xxxxx.xxx. WE DO NOT MAKE ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES CONCERNING ONLINE BANKING AND/OR MOBILE BANKING SOFTWARE OR SERVICES OR BROWSER INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY PROPRIETARY RIGHTS UNLESS DISCLAIMING SUCH WARRANTIES IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.
