Common use of Relatives Clause in Contracts

Relatives. For the purpose of this policy, the term “relative” includes wife, husband, son, daughter, mother, father, brother, half-brother, brother-in-law, sister, half-sister, sister-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law, aunt, uncle xxxxx, nephew, xxxxxxxxxx, stepparent, stepchild, or any other relative living in the same household.
