Release Time for Assessment, Evaluation and Report Cards. The Parties agree on the importance of timely, relevant, comprehensive and meaningful assessment and evaluation of Students’ learning. • In the 2009-10 school year, one Professional Activity Day will be designated for the purpose of assessment and completion of report cards at the elementary level.
