Release Time for CSEA Annual Conference. 5.1.9.1.1 CSEA shall have the right to designate up to six (6) Unit Members who shall be granted release time, without loss of compensation, to attend the CSEA Annual Conference. 5.1.9.1.2 Unit Members granted release time as provided in section 5. 1.9.1.1 shall be released from their duties for the actual days of the conference, not to exceed five (5) days. 5.1.9.1.3 All expenses associated with attendance at the conference, including travel, shall be the responsibility of the Unit Members and CSEA.
