Release Time for EAL President. For the purpose of conducting educational business or assisting the administration with educational matters, the President of the EAL or his/her/their designee, shall be allowed up to fifteen (15) days, or parts thereof, per school year for the purpose of carrying out such business. The Superintendent of Schools shall have the discretion to grant the days.
