Relieving on Higher-Grouped Job. a) If an employee is relieving on a higher-grouped job at the time they go on vacation, and their promotion involves salary adjustment, their annual vacation will be paid at the higher rate if it is both preceded and followed by working time on the higher job and if there is a minimum of 20 working days at the relief level.
