Relieving Rate of Pay for Management. (a) When an employee is assigned to be “In Charge” in the absence of the Store Manager for one (1) day or more, such employee shall receive a premium of two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) per hour for all hours worked during the Store Managers absence. The above named employee shall be identified in a posting, which shall include the assigned management duties.
