Pharmacy Technician. Grade 3 - means a person who has successfully completed a nationally recognised Pharmacy Technician Certificate Course at Certificate Level IV or has qualifications deemed by the employer to be equivalent, has relevant pharmacy experience and displays competency in performing complex tasks under supervision of a Pharmacist in specialist areas of practice such as, but not limited to, cytotoxic drug reconstitution, sterile production, clinical trials, information systems management, etc. This position may also be supervised by a Grade 4 Pharmacy Technician. This classification may operate in a supervisory capacity such as in a Deputy Senior/Second-in-Charge position. Jobs at this level have greater responsibilities than those at Grade 1 and 2.

The clerk will be provided a form to be signed by the pharmacist in charge verifying the hours that the clerk performed pharmacy technician work that day. The Company will post pharmacy technician openings within the agreed upon district areas for a period of two (2) weeks. The posting will include the store number and whether the job is full-time or part-time. Drug or Pharmacy clerks with a pharmacy technician license who bid on such positions will be promoted based on seniority, availability and ability. Once promoted, Pharmacy Technicians who perform drug clerk or pharmacy clerk duties shall continue to be paid as a Pharmacy Technician.

Pharmacy Technician. It is understood that the above seniority categories define the principal duties of Employees working in those categories. However, nothing herein prevents the Employer from assigning any Employee to perform any and all available work in order to keep the Employee fully occupied during his/her work day and to ensure store operations. Any Employee who voluntarily transfers from one seniority category to another shall retain seniority in the seniority category from which he/she transferred for 6 months and will not establish seniority in the new category until he/she has been continuously employed in the new category for at least 6 months. After being continuously employed in the new category for at least 6 months, the Employee's seniority date shall then be established in the new seniority category only. Any Employee who is involuntarily transferred from one seniority category to another shall continue to hold seniority in the category from which he/she was transferred. It is understood that the Employer may temporarily transfer Employees from one seniority category to another without regard to seniority for purposes of efficient store operations and to provide necessary training to the particular Employee. It is expected that no Employee will be temporarily transferred to a new seniority category for purposes of training for in excess of 6 months. If an Employee holding seniority in a seniority category is unable with reasonable accommodation to perform the essential functions of his/her regular job due to a disability, a reasonable effort will be made to place the Employee in another seniority category where he/she is able to perform the essential functions with reasonable accommodation, provided there is an opening in the seniority category. The effort will be made in a lateral or lower seniority category. Such transfers may be permanent when in the judgment of the Employer based on competent medical evidence the Employee will not again be capable of performing the essential functions of the Employee's regular job. In the event such a transfer is temporary, when in the judgment of the Employer based on competent medical evidence the Employee is again capable of performing the essential functions of the Employee's regular job, the Employee will return to his/her regular job, seniority permitting.
Pharmacy Technician. Citizenship: Citizen of the United States. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent; or at least 3 months experience Certification: Certification by the National Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) is required.

  • Product ACCEPTANCE Unless otherwise provided by mutual agreement of the Authorized User and the Contractor, Authorized User(s) shall have thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to accept hardware products and sixty (60) days from the date of delivery to accept all other Product. Where the Contractor is responsible for installation, acceptance shall be from completion of installation. Failure to provide notice of acceptance or rejection or a deficiency statement to the Contractor by the end of the period provided for under this clause constitutes acceptance by the Authorized User(s) as of the expiration of that period. The License Term shall be extended by the time periods allowed for trial use, testing and acceptance unless the Commissioner or Authorized User agrees to accept the Product at completion of trial use. Unless otherwise provided by mutual agreement of the Authorized User and the Contractor, Authorized User shall have the option to run testing on the Product prior to acceptance, such tests and data sets to be specified by User. Where using its own data or tests, Authorized User must have the tests or representative set of data available upon delivery. This demonstration will take the form of a documented installation test, capable of observation by the Authorized User, and shall be made part of the Contractor’s standard documentation. The test data shall remain accessible to the Authorized User after completion of the test. In the event that the documented installation test cannot be completed successfully within the specified acceptance period, and the Contractor or Product is responsible for the delay, Authorized User shall have the option to cancel the order in whole or in part, or to extend the testing period for an additional thirty (30) day increment. Authorized User shall notify Contractor of acceptance upon successful completion of the documented installation test. Such cancellation shall not give rise to any cause of action against the Authorized User for damages, loss of profits, expenses, or other remuneration of any kind. If the Authorized User elects to provide a deficiency statement specifying how the Product fails to meet the specifications within the testing period, Contractor shall have thirty (30) days to correct the deficiency, and the Authorized User shall have an additional sixty (60) days to evaluate the Product as provided herein. If the Product does not meet the specifications at the end of the extended testing period, Authorized User, upon prior written notice to Contractor, may then reject the Product and return all defective Product to Contractor, and Contractor shall refund any monies paid by the Authorized User to Contractor therefor. Costs and liabilities associated with a failure of the Product to perform in accordance with the functionality tests or product specifications during the acceptance period shall be borne fully by Contractor to the extent that said costs or liabilities shall not have been caused by negligent or willful acts or omissions of the Authorized User’s agents or employees. Said costs shall be limited to the amounts set forth in the Limitation of Liability Clause for any liability for costs incurred at the direction or recommendation of Contractor.

  • Technical Information The Employer agrees to provide to the Union such information that is available relating to employees in the bargaining unit, as may be required by the Union for collective bargaining purposes.

  • Subcontractors The Contractor will not subcontract any work under the Contract without prior written consent of the Department. The Contractor is fully responsible for satisfactory completion of all its subcontracted work. The Department supports diversity in its procurements and contracts, and requests that the Contractor offer subcontracting opportunities to certified woman-, veteran-, and minority-owned small businesses. The Contractor may contact the OSD at xxxxxxx@xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx for information on certified small business enterprises available for subcontracting opportunities.

  • API If the Software offers integration capabilities via an API, your use of the API may be subject to additional costs or Sage specific policies and terms and conditions (which shall prevail in relation to your use of the API). You may not access or use the API in any way that could cause damage to us or the Software, or in contravention of any applicable laws.
