Common use of Religious and Holiday Displays Clause in Contracts

Religious and Holiday Displays. The rights of residents to display religious and holiday signs, symbols, and decorations of the kinds normally displayed in or outside of residences located in single-family residential neighborhoods in their individually owned property shall not be abridged, except that the association may adopt reasonable time, place, and manner restrictions for the purpose of minimizing damage and disturbance to other owners and residents.
