Common use of Religious purposes Clause in Contracts

Religious purposes. Provider and/or its faith-based community partner shall not use any funds provided under this Contract to support any inherently religious activities, including, but not limited to, any religious instruction, worship, proselytization, publicity or marketing materials. Any such use by Provider shall be a material breach of this Contract.
