Relinquishment of Production Licences. The Operator may charge the Joint Account only for expenses necessary to properly wind up the activities after the Production Licence has been surrendered. Unless otherwise agreed, this shall take place within 6 months following the month of surrender. Debits/ credits stemming from post calculations, corrections or audits shall carry interest in accordance with Article 1.2.3, Alternative 1 and be charged the Non-operators in a separate statement.
