Reload Grant Date. The Reload Option shall be fully vested upon grant and shall become exercisable on the six month anniversary of the Reload Grant Date unless the Optionee's employment with the Company and the Subsidiaries is terminated due to the Optionee's death, Disability or Retirement, then such Reload Option shall become immediately exercisable and shall thereafter remain exercisable for the applicable period provided in Section 4.
