Relocation of Equipment Lessee shall at all times keep the Equipment within its exclusive possession and control. Upon Lessor’s prior written consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, Lessee may move the Equipment to another location of Lessee within the continental United States, provided (i) Lessee is not in default on any Schedule,
Relocation World Omni shall give WOAR at least 60 days’ prior written notice of any relocation of its principal executive office or jurisdiction of formation if, as a result of such relocation, the applicable provisions of the UCC would require the filing of any amendment of any previously filed financing or continuation statement or of any new financing statement and shall promptly file any such amendment or new financing statement.
Relocation Assistance The Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, (42 U.S.C. § 4601), prohibits unfair treatment of persons displaced or whose property has been acquired because of Federal or Federal-aid programs and projects.
Good Offices, Conciliation or Mediation 1. Good offices, conciliation and mediation are procedures that are undertaken voluntarily if the Parties involved so agree. They may begin at any time and be terminated at any time.
Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.
Violence in the Workplace (a) The parties agree that violence shall be defined as any incident in which an employee is abused, threatened or assaulted while performing his or her work. The parties agree it includes the application of force, threats with or without weapons and severe verbal abuse. The parties agree that such incidents will not be condoned. Any employee who believes he/she has been subjected to such incident shall report this to a supervisor who will make every reasonable effort to rectify the situation. For purposes of sub-article (a) only, employees as referred to herein shall mean all employees of the Employer notwithstanding Article 2.12.
Transportation of Accident Victims Transportation to the nearest physician or hospital for employees requiring medical care as a result of an on-the-job accident shall be at the expense of the Employer.
Directory Assistance Service shall provide up to two listing requests per call, if available and if requested by Freedom's End User. BellSouth shall provide caller- optional directory assistance call completion service at rates set forth in BellSouth's General Subscriber Services Tariff to one of the provided listings.
Harassment in the Workplace The Union and the Employer recognize the right of employees to work in an environment free from personal and sexual harassment ("Harassment"), and the Employer shall take such actions as are necessary respecting an employee engaging in harassment in the workplace.
DEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 16, 18 and 19, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment shall be taxable only in that State unless the employment is exercised in the other Contracting State. If the employment is so exercised, such remuneration as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State.
