Relocations. It is understood by the Parties that, as a general policy, employees shall not be required to relocate from one geographic location to another against their will. However, the Employer and the Union recognize that in certain cases relocations may be in the interests of the Employer and (or) the employee. In such cases, an employee will be fully advised of the reason for his/her relocation, as well as the possible result of refusal to be relocated. Should a regular employee choose not to relocate, the employee may elect: (a) for those employees with three (3) or more years of service seniority: (1) vacancy selection pursuant to 13.3(c); (2) early retirement pursuant to Article 13.3(g); or (3) severance pay pursuant to Article 13.3(i). (b) For those employees with less than three (3) years of service seniority: (1) the options outlined in 13.2.
