Remedies Cumulative; Survival. The provisions of this Article shall be in addition to any and all common law obligations and liabilities Sublessee may have to County, and any remedies and the environmental indemnities provided for herein shall survive the expiration or termination of this Sublease and/or any transfer of all or any portion of the Premises, or of any interest in this Sublease, and shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

The provisions of this Article 14 shall be in addition to any and all obligations and liabilities Sublessee may have to City and Sublessor at common law, and any remedies and the environmental indemnities provided for herein shall survive the expiration or termination of this Solar Sublease and/or any transfer of all or any portion of the Premises, or of any interest in this Solar Sublease, and shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

Remedies Cumulative; Survival. Each right or remedy of a party hereto shall be cumulative, and shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, the other rights and remedies available to such party pursuant to this Agreement or applicable law. The parties’ rights and obligations hereunder shall survive the end of the Program.
Remedies Cumulative; Survival. The provisions of this Section 12 shall be in addition to any and all obligations and liabilities Tenant may have to Landlord at common law, and will survive this Lease. -18-
Remedies Cumulative; Survival. The remedies provided in this Agreement will be cumulative and will not preclude assertion by any party of any other rights or the seeking of any other remedy against any other party. All representations, warranties, covenants and agreements of Seller and Buyer contained in this Agreement will survive the Closing for a period of two years from the date of such Closing (except in the case of fraud or intentional misrepresentation, in which such case there will be no limit on the time in which a party can bring a claim therefor) and any investigation made at any time by or on behalf of Seller or Buyer in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby. In addition, in the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the Ancillary Documents or otherwise between the parties, the prevailing party will be entitled to reimbursement of its reasonable costs and expenses in connection therewith, including, without limitation, its attorneys fees.
