Remittance of Dues and Fees. (a) When deductions begin. Check-off deductions under all properly executed authorizations for check-off, shall become effective at the time the application is signed by the employee and shall be deducted from the first pay period of the month and each month thereafter. (b) Remittance of dues to Financial Officer. Deductions for any calendar month shall be remitted to the designated officer of the Union with an alphabetical list of names and addressed of all employees from whom deductions have been made, no later than the fifth (5th) day of the month following the month in which they were deducted. (c) The Employer shall also indicate the amount deducted and notify the Union of the names and addresses of employees who, through a change in their employment status, are no longer subject to deductions.
