Remittance of Dues The Employer shall electronically transmit to the Union on the first bank working day after each payday all dues deducted for that pay period in those bargaining units for which the Union is the exclusive bargaining representative.
Remittance of Union Dues The amounts deducted in accordance with Article 12.01, shall be remitted to the Secretary-Treasurer of the Union by cheque within a reasonable time after deductions are made and shall be accompanied by particulars identifying each employee and the deductions made on his behalf.
Collection of Fees The Operating Committee shall establish a system for the collection of fees authorized under this Article XI. The Operating Committee may include such collection responsibility as a function of the Plan Processor or another administrator. Alternatively, the Operating Committee may use the facilities of a clearing agency registered under Section 17A of the Exchange Act to provide for the collection of such fees. Participants shall require each Industry Member to pay all applicable fees authorized under this Article XI within thirty (30) days after receipt of an invoice or other notice indicating payment is due (unless a longer payment period is otherwise indicated). If an Industry Member fails to pay any such fee when due (as determined in accordance with the preceding sentence), such Industry Member shall pay interest on the outstanding balance from such due date until such fee is paid at a per annum rate equal to the lesser of: (a) the Prime Rate plus 300 basis points; or (b) the maximum rate permitted by applicable law. Each Participant shall pay all applicable fees authorized under this Article XI as required by Section 3.7(b).
ASSISTANCE IN THE COLLECTION OF TAXES 1. The Contracting States shall lend assistance to each other in the collection of revenue claims. This assistance is not restricted by Articles 1 and 2. The competent authorities of the Contracting States may by mutual agreement settle the mode of application of this Article.
BILLING AND PAYMENT OF CHARGES 8.1 Unless otherwise stated, each Party will render monthly xxxx(s) to the other for Interconnection, Resale Services, Network Elements, functions, facilities, products and services provided hereunder at the rates set forth in the applicable Appendix Pricing, as set forth in applicable tariffs or other documents specifically referenced herein and, as applicable, as agreed upon by the Parties or authorized by a Party.
Taxes and Fees Imposed on Purchasing Party But Collected And Remitted By Providing Party 11.3.1 Taxes and fees imposed on the purchasing Party shall be borne by the purchasing Party, even if the obligation to collect and/or remit such taxes or fees is placed on the providing Party.

The Company will also furnish to the designated financial officer of the Local Union a list of the names of employees for whom Union membership dues have been taken. Termination for Convenience of the County Notwithstanding any other provision of the Contract, the County may, at any time, and without cause, terminate this Contract in whole or in part, upon not less than seven (7) days' written notice to the Contractor. Such termination shall be effected by delivery to the Contractor of a notice of termination specifying the effective date of the termination and the extent of the Work to be terminated. The Contractor shall immediately stop Work in accordance with the notice and comply with any other direction as may be specified in the notice or as provided subsequently by the County. The County shall pay the Contractor for the Work completed prior to the effective date of the termination and such other payment Contractor is entitled to under Attachment A, section III. “Performance Requirements” and such payment shall be Contractor's sole remedy under this Contract. Under no circumstances will the Contractor be entitled to anticipatory or unearned profits, consequential damages, or other damages of any sort as a result of a termination or partial termination under this Paragraph. The Contractor shall insert in all subcontracts that the sub-consultant shall stop Work on the date of and to the extent specified in a notice of termination, and shall require sub-consultant’s to insert the same condition in any lower tier subcontracts.
Deduction and Transmission of Fee The Board agrees to deduct from the salary of any Employee who is not a member of the Association for the current membership year the full amount of the representation fee referred to in this ARTICLE, above, and promptly will transmit the installments so deducted to the Association. The Board agrees to deduct the representation fee in equal installments, as nearly as possible, from the paychecks paid to each Employee during the remainder of the membership year in question. The deductions will begin thirty (30) days after the Employee begins his employment in a bargaining unit position.
Fire Department Service Charge We will pay up to $500 for your liability assumed by contract or agreement for fire department charges incurred when the fire department is called to save or protect covered property from a Peril Insured Against. We do not cover fire department service charges if the property is located within the limits of the city, municipality or protection district furnishing the fire department response. This coverage is additional insurance. No deductible applies to this coverage.
