Remittance to Merchant. University shall receive and administer deposits received from cardholders for the Bevo Bucks program. University will compute the amount of storage value credit sales by Merchant through the Bevo Bucks program on a monthly basis and will mail to Merchant a check for the amount due to Merchant under this Agreement within twelve (12) business days following the end of the calendar month in which the sales occurred. Merchant will have five (5) business days from receipt of the daily reports to review and question the sales figures as reported in the daily reports prepared by University, after which those sales figures shall be deemed accepted by Merchant. University shall have the right to withhold amounts from the monthly remittance to Merchant to comply with provisions of this Agreement and all federal and state laws and regulations.

  • Remittance The dues and other authorized deductions shall be remitted by the University to the UFF State Office on a biweekly basis within thirty (30) days following the end of the pay period. Accompanying each remittance shall be a list of the employees from whose salaries such deductions were made and the amounts deducted. This list shall be provided in machine-readable form.

  • Remittance of Union Dues The amounts deducted in accordance with Article 12.01, shall be remitted to the Secretary-Treasurer of the Union by cheque within a reasonable time after deductions are made and shall be accompanied by particulars identifying each employee and the deductions made on his behalf.

  • Remittance of Dues The Employer shall electronically transmit to the Union on the first bank working day after each payday all dues deducted for that pay period in those bargaining units for which the Union is the exclusive bargaining representative.

  • Dues Remittance The amounts deducted under Article 6.1(a) will be remitted monthly to the Association no later than the twentieth (20th) day of the following month. The Employer will subtract any sum to be paid to charitable organizations prior to each monthly remittance to the Association. The Association will advise the Employer in writing one (1) month in advance of any changes in the amount of regular monthly dues. The Employer will inform the Association of the names and ranks of the Members from whose salaries deductions have been made and the amounts so deducted from every Member's salary, on a monthly basis.

  • Remittances On each Remittance Date the Company shall remit by wire transfer of immediately available funds to the Purchaser (a) all amounts deposited in the Custodial Account as of the close of business on the Determination Date (net of charges against or withdrawals from the Custodial Account pursuant to Section 4.05), plus (b) all amounts, if any, which the Company is obligated to distribute pursuant to Section 5.03, minus (c) any amounts attributable to Principal Prepayments received after the applicable Principal Prepayment Period which amounts shall be remitted on the following Remittance Date, together with any additional interest required to be deposited in the Custodial Account in connection with such Principal Prepayment in accordance with Section 4.04(viii), and minus (d) any amounts attributable to Monthly Payments collected but due on a Due Date or Dates subsequent to the first day of the month of the Remittance Date, which amounts shall be remitted on the Remittance Date next succeeding the Due Period for such amounts. With respect to any remittance received by the Purchaser after the second Business Day following the Business Day on which such payment was due, the Company shall pay to the Purchaser interest on any such late payment at an annual rate equal to the Prime Rate, adjusted as of the date of each change, plus three percentage points, but in no event greater than the maximum amount permitted by applicable law. Such interest shall be deposited in the Custodial Account by the Company on the date such late payment is made and shall cover the period commencing with the day following such second Business Day and ending with the Business Day on which such payment is made, both inclusive. Such interest shall be remitted along with the distribution payable on the next succeeding Remittance Date. The payment by the Company of any such interest shall not be deemed an extension of time for payment or a waiver of any Event of Default by the Company.

  • FORMAT AND CONTENT FOR REGISTRY OPERATOR MONTHLY REPORTING Registry Operator shall provide one set of monthly reports per gTLD, using the API described in draft-­‐xxxxxx-­‐icann-­‐registry-­‐interfaces, see Specification 2, Part A, Section 9, reference 5, with the following content. ICANN may request in the future that the reports be delivered by other means and using other formats. ICANN will use reasonable commercial efforts to preserve the confidentiality of the information reported until three (3) months after the end of the month to which the reports relate. Unless set forth in this Specification 3, any reference to a specific time refers to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Monthly reports shall consist of data that reflects the state of the registry at the end of the month (UTC).

  • Log and Load Reporting Service This contract may at the States discretion, require the services of a State approved third party log and load reporting service. Purchaser shall ensure log volume measurement, weight, or scale and weight data for each load is received by the log and load reporting service within 1 business day of logs being measured or weighed. If during the term of this contract, the State discontinues use of the Log and Load Reporting Service, the State will notify the Purchaser in writing, and will approve an alternative log and load reporting process. L-080 Scaling Rules Determination of volume and grade of any forest products shall be conducted by a state approved third party scaling organization and in accordance with the Westside log scaling and grading rules and Xxxxxxxx Volume Table, revised July 1, 1972, contained in the Northwest Log Rules Eastside and Westside Log Scaling Handbook (developed and produced by the Northwest Log Rules Advisory Group) and in effect on the date of confirmation of this contract. Special scaling specifications shall be noted on the State’s Brand Designation form which is hereby incorporated to this contract by reference. X-000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx of Log Scaling and Weighing Locations Forest Product measurement and weighing facilities required by this contract must be approved by the State. Forest products sold under the contract which require log scaling shall be scaled, measured, or counted by a State approved third party log scaling organization. Forest products sold under the contract which require weighing shall be weighed at a location that meets Washington State Department of Agriculture approval. Prior to forest products being hauled, the Contract Administrator must authorize in writing the use of State approved measurement and/or weighing facilities that are at or en-route to final destinations. Forest products from this sale shall be measured or weighed at facilities, which are currently approved for use by the State and are currently authorized for this sale. The State reserves the right to verify load volume and weights with State employees or contractors at the State's own expense. The State reserves the right to revoke the authorization of previously approved measurement locations.

  • The OCN, From XXX, and Invoice Number will control the invoice sequencing The From XXX will be used to identify to <<customer_name>> which BellSouth XXX is sending the message. BellSouth and <<customer_name>> will use the invoice sequencing to control data exchange. BellSouth will be notified of sequence failures identified by <<customer_name>> and resend the data as appropriate. THE DATA WILL BE PACKED USING ATIS EMI RECORDS.

  • Monthly Reporting Within twenty (20) calendar days following the end of each calendar month, Registry Operator shall deliver to ICANN reports in the format set forth in Specification 3 attached hereto (“Specification 3”).
