Remoteness Allowance. 32:01 The University and the Union agree that the “Remoteness Allowance” Schedule in the Government Employees Master Agreement as has been agreed to between the Province of Manitoba and the Manitoba Government and General Employees’ Union, in respect of employees in the Civil Service of Manitoba, is deemed to be and hereby forms part of this Agreement. All eligibility criteria, benefits, conditions, and rates therein shall apply to any University employee covered by this Agreement who works in an applicable community.
