Geographic Eligibility. If the PCMSAP Scholar leaves his/her current school district and enrolls in another school district located within a reasonable area in which the Program is operating and if that school district cooperates with Program officials, the PCMSAP Scholar may continue to participate in the Program. If the PCMSAP Scholar moves to another school district in which the Program is not then operating or to another state, the University has no obligation to permit the PCMSAP Scholar to participate in the Program or to fulfill any of the other obligations set forth in this Agreement.
Geographic Eligibility. The physician assistant must provide significant and demonstrable medical care to a medically underserved population within the State of Oklahoma as determined by the School of Community Medicine of the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. Specifically, the School of Community Medicine Financial Incentives Policy Committee must approve the location and patient population receiving medical care prior to the physician assistant commencing practice. .
