Removal of Lessee's Fixtures Sample Clauses

Removal of Lessee's Fixtures. Prior to Termination, the Lessee must remove from the Premises and the Building all the Lessee's Fixtures and property of the Lessee and promptly make good to the satisfaction of the Lessor any damage caused by that removal.

Removal of Lessee's Fixtures. At or prior to the determination or termination of the Term to take, remove and carry away from the Premises all signs, fixtures, fittings, plant, equipment and other articles upon the Premises in the nature of trade or tenant's fixtures brought upon the Premises by the Lessee (other than air-conditioning plant and fire equipment, security alarms and security systems and other fixtures and fittings which in the opinion of the Lessor form an integral part of the Premises) and the Lessee shall on such removal forthwith make good to the satisfaction of the Lessor any damage which may be occasioned by such removal.
